Not a school day

This is what 10 am looks like when no one (me) shakes him awake at 7:20 in the morning.

Snacks with Dito

Got to babysit for Remi today - So I picked the boy up and took him straight to Children's Fairyland. This place is so perfect for new & newish walkers. Lots of things to look at, low fences to hold onto, little farm animals and a stream. There are also kiddie rides like a "train" and a merry-go-round. After an hour or so in the park we wandered down by the lake for our "lunch" - yumm crackers. Then I got a two plus hour nap out of him in the car seat driving home. Spent the afternoon with both boys where I was too busy baby chasing to grab the camera, but trust me when I say they both had a lot of fun. There was dancing, there was mess making and there was Mac N Cheese.
