Here are a few shots of the place we are looking at near Colusa Circle in Kensington. The boy likes this house (he refers to the one I like best as "poopy") - it is RIGHT around the corner from not one but TWO of Em's JMP BFF's and it has room with privacy for houseguests like grandparents and friends from MA. So it looks like this is where we will go when we are booted from our Berkeley Hills Nest on Sept 1st.

The best thing about the visit to Seattle was getting told that when Rhys was asked by his play date friend who the lil guy was he responded... well he's like my cousin or my brother - yeah thats it he's my brother.

Visit with Xan

Our old friend from Cambridge Xan now lives in Davis with his Mom, Dad and little sister & today they came down to Berkeley for a visit. Even though the boys don't really remember each other they played together really great. And it was Awesome to see Emily and meet her daughter.

A Visit from Xan & his mom (& sister)

Our friend Emily who used to live in Cambridge & was instrumental in organizing all of the kids into Mama coffee playdates lives in Davis CA now. She said she would come visit us when we got back out here but I didn't really know if it would happen. But this am she got the kids in the car and trucked on down to Berkeley. It was so awesome to see Xan again & to meet his sister and to get to run around and play. Everyone loved the Rose Garden! Now its my turn to take a ride up north and see them.
